Beautiful People - Volume 2

The series embraces my individual approach to portraiture, finding extraordinary beauty in ordinary moments and creating a moment worth remembering, opposing the absent-minded cellphone photography the festival stands against.

The funny anecdote is that some things that are easy in the 'outside world' are hard in the festival environment, and vice versa. So this year right at the start of support period my camera broke down, not in a serious way, I just could not unscrew the light meter battery containter. Normally, easy fix but here I couldn't open it even with help from others. So I essentially had to shoot these portraits using only my intuition and experience, guessing the exposure values. (had occasional help from light meter app but it was not feasible to use it all the time)
